Using this site
These terms apply to rasmyfreight.com and to the text messages we send, and are between you and Rasmy Freight LLC ("Rasmy Freight," "we," "us"). By using the site or sending us a request, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Quotes and bookings
Information on this website describes our services in general. It is not an offer to haul any particular load. A quote is based on the details you give us, and it can change if those details change, such as the weight, the pickup or delivery location, the dates, or the appointment times.
A load is booked only when both sides have confirmed it in writing, for example with a signed rate confirmation or carrier agreement. Sending the quote form does not create a booking.
Freight services
Once a load is booked, it is handled under the rate confirmation or agreement for that load and under the laws that apply to interstate trucking. If those documents and these terms ever conflict on a booked load, the load documents control.
You agree to give us accurate information about the freight, including weight, commodity, piece count, and pickup and delivery requirements, and to have the freight ready and properly packaged, labeled, and documented. We may decline any load.
Shipment status updates
For booked loads, customers and logistics partners can request current location and shipment-status updates from our operations team by phone, email, or text. We do not provide a public online tracking portal on this website.
Updates are our best information at the time. Delivery and pickup times can change because of traffic, weather, facility delays, equipment issues, or hours-of-service rules.
